Preparations for 2013 are on the way


The London Boat Show will celebrate its 60th anniversary, and will be held on the 12th-20nd of January 2013 in the ExCel exhibition center, in addition to an on the water show in the Royal Victorian dock.
In 2010 a sum of 160m £ was invested in renovation of the center and it is now 40% bigger than what it used to be (the length of the center reaches 0.5km!!!!).
For many years now, the London Boat Show is considered the biggest annual event in the city, with over 500 exhibitors and experts from the yachting industry.
The show is the only place you will find all the boats you love, all the equipment you need, hundreds of boat from all shapes and sizes all in one place.
Among the exhibitioners the visitors will be able to see the luxurious brand Sunseeker, The British Sunseeker shipyard is one of the leading innovative and prestige motor yachts builders in the world, and are known for their uncompromising approach in design and quality. Sunseeker International builds a range of 21 luxury boats from 35 feet to 37 meters.
This year Sunseeker will present 11 models:
 Predator 115, Predator 80, Predator 68, Predator  53,  Manhattan 73, Manhattan 63, Manhattan 53, 28m, 80 yacht, San ReMO & Portofino 40.
The new models from this list are, the Predator 68 & the San Remo.
Predator 68 – with a sleek and impressive look, and a large focus on performance for a perfect cruising experience.
The yacht can accommodate up to 6 passengers and 2 crew members.
It has a spacious deck that is idle as a lounge and a dining area, an open air cockpit with additional sitings and a large stern sunbather.
Two MTU 1270 engines that brings the yacht to a top speed of 33 knots, and 24 knots while cruising.
To sum up, the Predator 68 is a unique gem that will be noticed in a crowded room, its beautiful, impressive and by all accounts another Sunseeker success.
San Remo – this yacht combines high performance with pleasure of family and friends as a day boat, and also for over nights and weekends that are fun and pampering.

And on the eastern part of Europe, The Dusseldorf Boat Show.
This year the Dusseldorf Boat Show will be held between 19th-27th of January 2013.This Boat Show was first held in November 1969, with 116 exhibitioners, from 8 countries, and 34,000 guests.
Today, with 1600 exhibitioners from over 50 countries, and an expected sum of 250,000 visitors, this Boat Show is considered to be the biggest and most important in the industry.
Every year one new yacht winns the prestige and coveted title  " the European Powerboat of the year".
The judges are 7 editors from the top motorboat magazines from France, Italy, Norway, Switzerland, Germany, Austria and the Netherlands.
They nominate 25 new boats in 5 categories, every year approximately 200 new boat surface in the market.
Being one of the 25 nominated is an honor in it self, and gerenties the boat being one of the years top models.
